Joy in Motion 55+ — In-Person Movement & Wellness
Designed for independent adults seeking movement, meaning, and connection.
Joy in Motion 55+ sessions are 75–90 minutes of intentional movement, supported mobility, mindful practice, and meaningful companionship. Our approach blends gentle strength, balance work, breath awareness, and encouragement — all rooted in presence and safety.
These sessions are offered in person only and are ideal for:
• Those seeking motivation and accountability
• Adults who want purposeful movement and companionship
• Individuals building healthy routines and joyful connection
Notes:
These sessions are in person only at first, because touch, presence, and pacing matter most for deeper engagement. Sessions are 75min or 90min each, and can be purchased in packages of 3, 6 or 12.
An optional virtual 30-minute check-in can be added on for follow-ups, accountability, or planning check-ins between in-person sessions.
