PRIVATE SESSION PACKAGES
Available in series of 3, 6, 12 or 24
Packages are designed with regular frequency in mind with a minimum of 1 session per week. Each session is 60 min. Online or in-person in Toronto by appointment only. A brief phone interview, waiver and Par-Q will be required before we begin. Packages offer many long-term benefits including a pricing incentive.

Only want to try a single lesson? One-on-One fitness, yoga coaching or private Pilates sessions can really make a big difference with advancing your personal goals! Don’t know where to start? Start with one! One single 60 min lesson for new clients. ONLINE ONLY. Waiver must be signed before the start of session (scroll to bottom). Time and date to be scheduled and mutually agreed upon. Must be booked and completed within 6 months of purchase.
